Hi. I started a new thread entitled, "Calling all Women of Strength."

That tattoo idea is adorable! I love it! Your job sounds fun! I'm basically a glorified secretary for an investment firm. It's been pretty slow lately, so I get on here and check things out all day while I'm working. Usually I'm faxing things, which is just tedious work. But it's got great benefits and good pay, so I'm happy!

Yeah! I was born and raised in NW Missouri. I live in Iowa now with my hubby but we are in Missouri all the time. We live right by the border. I was looking at your photos earlier and I just love the tattoos that you and your husband have. It's wonderful. I have one for my m/c's. It's a hawaiian flower that signifies strength. Because I'm strong enough to get through all of this. I don't have pictures up though. So, out of curiousity, what do you do for a living? I'm pretty bored at work so I thought I'd strike up a conversation.

Just a quick note to say hi! Hey, thanx. I'm not sure what I'm doing these days. In my mind I have already pretty much doomed my FET. So, I guess we will just hope for the best this spring. Meanwhile we are half way trying, if that makes since....LOL

Thanks for the note! I sure hope you are right. My temps have not been this high for a long time, if ever! Although, it could be because it's been snowing here and I've been wrapped up in a few blankets every night with the dog right beside me! :)

WOW, that is confusing!!!! I don't know what I would think. Did they tell you what the numbers were? When that happened to me my test was like 2.6, so there was something there but they jsut didn't think it was high enough to be positive. But evidently it was.....LOL. Anyway, I am doing good. The trip was jsut what I needed. I finaly feel like my old possitive self again. I'm also ready to start trying again. So, here we go...LOL... I keep telling myself I will not get to obsessed this time. I think that ads to teh depression. Wwe will see. Anyway, I have realy missed talking to you to.

Ok, I completely forgot that you have gone through IUIs before. Sorry for too many details on that process. Yes, keep me informed! How was your weekend?

I was on Clomid days 3-7, then a shot of Bravelle on day 8 or 9, depending on what my blood work revealed and then I would get the trigger shot 24 hours before the IUI. I had lab work starting on day 3 after AF started, then on Day 7 or 8. After that, one time I had to do another shot of Bravelle since my levels fell. I forget the name of the drug for the trigger shot. I remember it had to be kept cold, in the fridge until it was to be used. You could let it become room temp before giving, though. My first cycle i think produced two follies on my left but it failed. My second IUI, all of my doses were doubled and I produced 2 good follies on my right again and one on my left. If you have any questions about anything with the IUI please ask! I don't mind talking about it all.

I am so sorry dear. I just don't understand, it seemed like all the signs were there. I know it makes it worse when you get your hopes up, so take care and make sure Sean gives you lots of bear hugs. :) I'm here if you need to talk.

Injectables worked for me on my second try. Im hoping the same for you! I understand about wanting to skip the clomid and use the injectables. I felt sort of that way after our second IUI (when we started the 2nd try). I was thinking that is this didn't work, then I wanted to move onto IVF but our insurance stated we had to attempt IUI three times before moving onto IVF.
